Our chorizo is a succulent grilled fresh sausage, seasoned in the traditional way that comes with our signature hand-chopped herb sauce, the “chimichurri”.
In our resto-shop you can find a combination of show kitchen, charcoal grill, pork butcher shop and a beautiful terrace as a dinning area.

Chef Mariano Vignoli, was born and raised in the suburbs of Buenos Aires, Argentina. With almost two decades of chef experience working for different restaurants and hotels around the world, his last adventure was spending 4 years as Chef de Cuisine of Argentine restaurant at 5 stars luxury hotel in Doha, Middle East.
During those years he reconnected with his motherland and develop his own style of Argentine cuisine. One of the trending dish was his homemade beef Chorizo. Before settling down in Bali, he went back to Argentina to expertise into the Chorizo world with different chefs, butchers and farmers. He loves all about meat, fire, wood and food.

We strongly support our local farmers who raise animals humanely, producing the tastiest, juiciest meat in the biz. Whole pork from the farm is deliver every 2 days as the main ingredient.
The new methods of animal farming which allows the animal to grow in a clean and tidy place, not like in the old times. Our pigs are growing happy with alltech technology as a benefit of antibiotic free and fed with all organic food, selected special pig breed and stacking, which gives us the perfect balance between the amount of meat and fat in every cut. All this matter is provided to us by the mastery producer, Mr. Agus and team with more than 25 years of experience.
The farm situated in North of Bali, surrounded by rice fields and nature.
